I lead digital operations and infrastructure — the platforms, pipelines, and processes that keep products running and teams moving. Lately my focus is AI: putting it to work in ops and infra, and building the guardrails that make it trustworthy at scale.
I'm still hands-on. I code, I break things in staging, and I've shipped enough to know what "done" actually costs. That's what keeps my roadmaps honest and my teams unblocked.
